The Rapala Presentation Fillet Laminate knife is a nice 6-inch fillet knife. It is not super special and therefore expensive, but it is a very usable filleting knife. It comes with a stainless steel blade, coated with no name Teflon equivalent to help it slide through a fish.

At around $50 this isn't a bad knife to get for your buddy who likes to fish or for yourself because YOU like to fish. One of my viewers says that he got the knife for $35 from the manufacturer website, so check out Rapala.com if you want to buy one.
