Review of the 965 Lumen Aukey Flashlight Model LT SET7

This flashlight is NO LONGER AVAILABLE in stores.
I did time testing to see if the flashlight has the battery life that Aukey says it does. RESULTS farther down this writeup. The Aukey LT-SET7 flashlight is a FINE piece of engineering. It is the best economical choice that I have found for a flashlight near the 1000 lumen point. It has 4 light levels and it has a memory of the light setting that you were using the last time it was turned off + it has an intense strobe feature as well. It utilized one button system that is VERY easy to use.
With an IPX6 rating, this flashlight is completely safe to take outside and use in the rain.
I tested the flashlight, with one battery because that would go faster. And since two batteries give exactly 2X the time as one battery it is a legitimate test.
Here are the results with ONE battery - double the numbers for 2
LOWEST setting: CLAIM = 41.5hrs / ACTUAL = 56hrs (THIS RESULT KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF, SO I PROVED IT TWICE!!!)
2nd LOWEST: CLAIM 7.5 hrs / ACTUAL = 8.25 hrs (Better than claimed)
2nd HIGHEST: CLAIM 4hrs / ACTUAL 4.5hrs (A bit better than claimed)
HIGHEST (brightest): CLAIM = 1.5hrs / ACTUAL 1.9hrs (Again, better than claimed)
