Exciting Review: Y-START HKQ001. Fixed Blade Full Tang Knife with Creamscicle Handles

Claim to be D2 steel. I did a rust test to see if the steel would behave like D2 or like stainless steel. It didn't rust at all even after sitting in salt water (stronger than the ocean) for half and hour and then I let it sit for 5 hours. Genuine D2 starts showing rust by the 1-hour mark usually. I still LIKE This knife very much. The steel performed my cut and durability tests fairly well.
I first found Y-START when I came across the JIN01, which is a phenomenal folding knife for around $15USD. Since then I have been trying to find their best fixed blade full tang knife. I have ordered several but this one might be the best of the lot. More info below.

I thought this would be just a good self-defense or maybe survival knife, but it turns out this knife can do most bushcraft tasks quite well too, and with a very slight modification it can strike ferro rods as well.

I have seen it with stonewash and blackwash blades and with either orange or black G10 handle scales.
