Boker has been making knives for many years. This knife is from the Boker Plus line, my favourite Boker brand. Chad Los Banos is the police officer from Hawaii who designed this knife and its siblings.
The Worldwide is a knife that is designed to be legal and appealing to the widest possible range of people in the most countries possible.
With a non locking blade under 3 inches that needs two hands to deploy the blade you will be hard pressed to find a country where this knife is illegal.
