A = Black Ti / Black coating / Hole
B = Grey Ti / Satin / Hole

D1 = Grey Ti / Stonewash / 2-hand open
D2 = Grey Ti / Satin / 2-hand open
E1 = Grey Ti / Stonewash / Thumbstud
E2 = Grey Ti / Satin / Thumbstud - This is the one in this video.
