I walked into the Zwilling store in Tokyo expecting to check out some cool German-Japanese fusion cutlery, but things took an unexpected turn... ????????
Almost as soon as I pulled out my gear, staff stepped in and asked me to turn off the camera. On top of the strict no-filming policy, the actual knife selection was surprisingly underwhelming compared to the incredible artisan shops in Kappabashi and Tsukiji.
