Today we're putting our $30 Medford Praetorian replica through the Redneck Cut Tests to see how this budget behemoth handles real-world cutting tasks. At a hefty 10 ounces with that thick tanto blade, will this cheap version of the $700 knife be all show and no go?

The hollow ground edge on this D2 steel blade surprised us in several of our tests, but you'll have to watch to see exactly how this budget tank performed against cardboard, rope, rubber hose, and wood. Does this replica deliver enough performance to justify its price tag? Let's find out if this chunky folder can actually cut as intimidating as it looks!

Special thanks again to John Emerson (TheTriFyre) who donated this knife to the channel for our 2,5000 subscriber giveaway!
