Sharpness Tester Device Version 2.0

Continued development of the theory of using the Lyman pull gauge to measure the sharpness of a knife. This is the 2nd testing method that, and definitely making progress in the right direction. Also a thank you to EDC with Arron and Paddy's Potato Peelers for commenting on the last video too.
This little project took up a bit of time and will have some reviews coming shortly.
