How to Clean and Care for a Swiss Army Knife (Spa Treatment)

With being new to the traditional scene. I gave my Swiss Army Knife a spa treatment. If you found a better way to care for and or clean your Swiss Army knife let me know in the comments.
Cleaned and lubricated the knife is much better, the SPA treatment did well for the knife. Are there any after market scales as that would be a nice upgrade for the knife.
