It is marked D2 while the genuine Alieneck is made from 12C27 steel.
Other than that is completely identical to the genuine knife (could be an OEM job).
Nice small and slim neck knife.
The blade shape isn't very practical for cutting on board, but is pretty useful for opening packages, piercing and slashing.
Comes with a kydex sheath and neck chain.
Overall great quality and no issues - recommended if you like the style of the blade.
