Did I regret buying this $600 Hamilton Field Khaki Auto? Watch Review

Published: 2 years ago

The Hamilton Khaki Field is a very popular swiss watch, and there are a lot of versions of this mechanical watch. I decided on one to review and spent $625 on the h70505833 Field Day Date Auto. This review begs the question, am I really into watches? What should have I bought instead? At this point it doesn't matter, but I still go over the dial readability in sunlight and in dark rooms. Show how to set the watch and the day complications, go over strap quality, and case resistance to scratches. Is this watch a good place to start in getting into more expensive watches? Are there better alternatives? Sure. As you know Hamilton is a former US company that moved to Switzerland in 1969 and was sold to the swatch group in 1974. The Swatch group also makes the following brands: ETA, Blancpain, Breguet, Glashütte Original, Harry Winston, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Mido, Hamilton, Certina, and Rado.
