For the backpacker and hikers an ultra portable camp light it pretty useful. The Nitecore LA10 is a good choice for an ultra light portable backpackers lantern. It only takes up a little bit of space, and it can be used as a flashlight, a candle. or lantern- because of it's pop up built in diffuser. My review covers runtimes, brightness levels, lantern comparisons, and operation demonstration. This portable source of light is one of the most valuable pieces of gear in your pack.
