Can you let this IPA age? 4 years of Bell's Hopslam 2017-2020 flavors compared.

Is Bell's legendary Hopslam Double IPA worth all the hype and why is it so hard to find? This taste test examines beer releases from 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 and compares the flavor profile after it's had time to age. Hopslam is always best drank when fresh, and as closest to the brew date as possible- according to Bells. However I found the perfect way to social distance, sat at my table and decided to see if they were wrong. Hopslam is a special release that uses 6 different varietals of hops, including Simcoe- that's designed to hit you in the nose and mouth with hops as you enjoy it in moderation during your social distancing.
