Is this really a traditional pocket knife? The HEADesigns Falcon slipjoint review.

Published: 4 years ago

Is this new HEADesigns Falcon slip joint really a traditional EDC knife? Old guy knives, or most knives before the 80s used to be non locking. The Falcon takes that classic premise, but adds a strong back-spring and modern materials like titanium and carbon fiber. The limited production pocket knife competes with other modern traditionals like the Lionsteel CK01 shuffler, the Northwoods Madison Barlow, and the Benchmade Proper. This video compares the Sam's knife with those other new classics. I also cut some tomatoes (not food prep) and slice cardboard.
