Is the Benchmade Proper 318 a flawed knife? ( Review)

Whats my major issue with the Benchmade Proper? Is it a good traditional style knife? In this review I discuss a flaw with the Benchmade proper, and wonder wat it would be like if it was ever addressed. I compare it to a few Great Eastern Cutlery knives, and some other Modern ones like the Serge Slipjoints, a Northwoods, a Lionsteel, and a Headesigns Falcon.
