Artisan Ahab

The Ahab folding knife from ArtisanCutlery was designed by Nick Rogers. The name Ahab is a reference to the famous novel Moby Dick, in which Captain Ahab hunts the white whale the book is named after. It has an undeniably tactical blade shape but the slender, ergonomic handle makes it more of an EDC/utility knife in our books. The harpoon blade features ambidextrous thumb studs which work perfectly for fast thumb flicks, slow roll openings, and even middle finger reverse flicks. And then there's the action; riding on ceramic bearings, it's as smooth as glass and locks up nice and snugly via the stainless steel liner lock, so it is perfect right out of the box.
