Note that I did forget to mention that the FG has a different type of grind. It is a mainly machine ground blade with a much higher bevel line that's more down-to-business and easy to get done, while the regular Bodega is a hand ground blade with a bit more flair (with it's "swoopiness" at the top of the bevel), so the differences aren't just in the refined finishing, but the process of the grinding as well.
