This is my review of the Ansø of Denmark Shop Built MidTech TOKO designed by Jens Ansø out of Denmark an built in his danish shop together with 3 other employees. A CNC handled knife milled to perfection and designed by one of our generations greats this knife became an instant benchmark for me regarding built quality and design perfection.
