Custom sheath, beefy steel, serious potential.
The Boker Plus Nessmi Pro is already a standout: full-tang D2 steel, sharp little ~2.7 mm-thick leaf/nessmuk-style blade, Micarta scales with red-fiber liners, and a satin or black-washed finish that turns heads.
But here’s the twist: I built a custom Kydex sheath to take it to the next level — better retention, cleaner carry, and protection without bulk.
✔️ Blade: ~2.64–2.76″ D2 steel
✔️ Handle: Micarta (brown or black) with red fiber liner details
✔️ Weight & thickness: ~3.0 oz for the blackwashed model, ~2.75 oz for satin; blade thickness ~2.7 mm
✔️ Overall length: ~6.1–6.3 in depending on variant
