"With roots dating all the way back to 2015, the Raven is a Toor Knives original design and our first full size model. It’s seen several modifications and updates over the years, and it's now making its return as our largest knife in the SOF Series!

We built the Raven with a 5.5” blade for heavier tasks, and it's ground with an extra high bevel for longer sharpening life and reduced weight, leaving a perfect blade-to-handle balance in hand. Additionally, we have added a harpoon false edge on the top of the blade with 45° grinds leaving seamless transition to the tip. The Raven is fitted with our original reverse grip handle, featuring rear finger groove and pommel jimping. Our signature feather textured handles with fluted grooves provide ultimate comfort and grip, along with an iconic aesthetic. The Raven is offered in a tactical Shadow Black option as well as a natural Stone & Ebony version.

We are also extremely excited to announce the integration of the Breacher Ball™ technology into the Raven! For years, we have been working on breaching options for the pommel of our fixed blades, and in 2020 we began experimenting with pointed carbide and ceramic inserts for this task. Based on those successes, we knew we had the right materials, but we faced a challenge in that it was incredibly uncomfortable to wear a knife with a point on the back of the handle!

Finally, we landed on a tungsten carbide Breacher Ball™ for the pommel. This offered the same glass breaking effect, but it gave us a much more minimal and comfortable option for the rear of the knife. This latest model of the Raven offers almost 40% of exposed carbide ball from the pommel of the knife, allowing for maximum breaking ability. The 0.1875” Breacher Ball™ is press fit into the hardened tang of the knife and secured on either side by each handle scale. This is by far the most comfortable and effective breacher on the market, and we’re thrilled to launch our carbide Breacher Ball™ on the return of the Raven, effective on standard, tempered, and safety glass!"
