The Pro-Tech Avalon was designed by actor and longtime knife/EDC enthusiast Shawn Ashmore through Peace Neighbor.
Best known to many as Iceman from the X-Men films, Ashmore is also a serious knife collector and EDC enthusiast—and the Avalon brings his design into the Pro-Tech lineup as a full-size manual button-lock folding knife.
The Avalon features a 4.25-inch CPM MagnaCut blade, knurled aluminum handle and a seriously satisfying manual action. While it may seem BIG on the spec sheets the Avalon actually manages to carry much smaller and fit into most people’s EDC with ease thanks to the slim profile and overall design.
We currently have three Pro-Tech Avalon configurations at River’s Edge Cutlery, but they normally don’t hang around for long.
