Marfione Custom Anax Media

The Anax has a simple fuller groove in the blade for deployment that compliments the flow of the graceful hollow ground edge with a fully rounded top spine with various styles of jimping on the thumb ramp. This knife is truly one of Mr. Marfione's finest manual designs ever featuring a single piece integral titanium handle that leads to fewer parts over all and a serviceable lock bar tip constructed out of 17-4 steel. The blade rides on a set of ceramic bearings that sit on a washer to separate them from the titanium handle and provide one of the smoothest opening and closing ever seen. The lanyard end is actually threaded into the bottom of the handle so you may remove it if you like, Marfione is also talking about making other styles of lanyard for the Anax in the future so you can change this one out if you so choose.
Another outstanding point of this knife is the silicone nitrite ball bearing pocket clip designed by Todd Begg and loaned to Marfione for this project. All the hardware on the Anax is the new six shooter style Microtech bit, if you look closely its actually the classic tri-point bit doubled. The Anax also features the new Marfione Customs premium box and zip-up carry pouch with an alloy Marfione Custom knives dagger logo velcro'ed to the front and a smaller one for the zipper pull tab.
