This September, the first Big Sky Food & Wine Festival brought more than 40 chefs to Big Sky, Montana, including cooks from across the Mountain West and Michelin-recognized chefs from around the country. We joined as a collaborator, just down the road from our Big Sky store.
We set up a log cabin–style booth, put our chef knives and outdoor knives on the table and let people pick them up. Over Friday and Saturday, we met the chefs and gave away around 40 of our G10 and Ironwood chef knives.
Here’s a taste of the weekend from our side of the table. We’ll be back next year.
