Jack Rellstab started making knives at 12. Today he's our in-house Journeyman Smith in Victor, Idaho — and this is his latest project.
A 6-piece steak knife set. Sanmai steel — a high-carbon core forge-welded inside a stainless jacket. Rocky Mountain elk antler handles, naturally shed, lapped flat on granite, and pinned by hand. Each blade profiled from a brass template so all six match perfectly.
