How to Make Fish Tacos with Chef Marcos Hernández Media

Learn a quick and easy recipe for fish tacos with Chef Marcos Hernandez of Streetfood in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Ingredients:
- Mahi Mahi
- Cabbage
- Red or Yellow Onions
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- JalapeƱo
- Vinegar
- Olive oil
Recipe:
Cabbage Salad Slaw
1. Slice thin, cabbage, tomatoes (cut out the seeds), red onions, garlic, and cilantro
2. Season with salt, pepper, and white vinegar
Mahi Mahi (or any other light fish)
3. Cut fish fillets into long strips, and then cut into bite-sized pieces
4. In a bowl, mix the fish, cilantro, garlic, and olive oil and mix together in a bowl. Let it all marinate for at least 30 minutes
Cooking
5. Fry the marinated fish in a hot pan, being sure not to overcook. You want light and fluffy fish.
6. Toast your tortillas!
