Foie Gras is notoriously easy to mess up, but some handy tips and tricks will help this delicious and delicate dish come out perfect every time.

Steps:
1. Season Foie gras with salt and pepper
2. Hard sear on a hot pan. Flip when golden brown
3. Once flipped, reduce heat and cook through. Baste with liquid from pan
4. Done when the center is the firmness of a sponge
5. remove from heat and let sit.
