The NIAD (Nose In A Day) is a high speed, low-drag cutting tool built with light weight utility in mind. It is basically two pieces. The chisel ground, Veff Flat Top serrated, Tanto blade is made for cutting rope and other fibrous materials. The handle, which doubles as the frame lock, is a solid piece of light weight titanium with a small lanyard hole and a larger hole for attaching the knife to a small carabiner. If you are looking for an ultralight cutting tool for your next hiking or climbing adventure then look no further than the NIAD. Designed by Hans Florine, a man who knows a thing or two about speed (see his site at the bottom). Check it out now at GPKnives.com.
