The Magnitude Flipper from Spyderco is a beautiful, bearing-pivot flipper in the lineage of the Rubicon, both having been designed by custom knife maker Peter Carey. Larger and more subdued, the Magnitude is based off of Carey's Tremor design.

Compared to the Rubicon the Magnitude has a larger, more utilitarian harpoon-tip, modified sheep's foot blade. The hollow grind makes this a great slicer and the blade deploys fast and smooth on the bearing pivot.

The handles are a fine, matte finished carbon fiber with subtle contours that fill the hand nicely. Titanium liners provide a light and strong foundation and the liner lock is smooth and rock solid.

The pivot collar and scalloped back spacer have been changed from blaze orange to a more subdued brick red/brown that matches the aesthetics of the rest of the knife. Carries via a heavily stonewashed, acid etched stainless steel pocket clip (right hand, tip-up only).
