Every Knife Our Daughter Has Carried Since 2016 Media

Our daughter is 25, she's in vet school at UT, and she's been carrying the same Microtech UTX-85 since September 2016. We gave it to her before her first date in high school... It's still in her pocket.
If you're sending a kid off to campus this month, or you've already sent one and you're still thinking about it at 11pm, this one's for you. We sat her down and went through everything she keeps on her, and more importantly, why she keeps it. Small enough to disappear into leggings or scrubs. Easy enough to open one-handed, fast, without thinking about it. Comfortable enough that she never leaves it on the dresser, which is the only thing that actually matters.
We also get into the tools that aren't knives at all the ones that don't look like anyhting intimidating, and that go places a blade doesn't.
