Koenig Knives is the brand quietly building some of the cleanest, most refined production folders in America, and some knife guys still haven't heard of them...

We're walking you through the brand we just took on as a dealer (thanks Bill!), the story behind how Bill built Koenig from the ground up out of Boise, Idaho, and the lineup we currently have on the table, including the Mini Goblin designed by Edison Barajas of Sharknivco, the Mini Arius, the full-size Arius flipper, and the new Helo fixed blade in MagnaCut.

Koenig sits in the same conversation as legends within th eknife industry but Bill took a different path to get there. No legacy, no prior knife-making background, no shortcuts. He taught himself the machining, started small batch out of necessity, and built every model in his Idaho shop alongside his family.

This resulted in a high end brand of knives that don't need flash to stand out. Blasted titanium, chamfered everywhere your hand touches, buttery drop-shut action, and the kind of fit and finish that holds up against anything in the premium tier. They don't overproduce, they don't oversaturate, and that's exactly why their pieces move fast on the secondary market.

This is a brand worth knowing.
