Zombie Tools: Making a WOODEN PROTOTYPE Blade Media

Published: 2 years ago

This is a look into our process of how we design and prototype our blades. We start with wood that matches the width of our steel (roughly) and wood that matches our aluminum handle slabs. Cut it, glue it, grind it, and test the feel of it. It is a much faster prototyping process using steel because that can take several days.....before we make a steel prototype we make a wooden one.

We hope you enjoy this video, Cheers from the Crew of Zombie Tools.
