Ever wondered what a pocket knife tastes like?
We’ve officially achieved a new milestone here at WESN: the edible knife. In this video, we teamed up with the innovators at Revo Foods in Austria to see if they could 3D print a realistic, edible version of our iconic Microblade. Using their cutting-edge plant-based salmon technology, they took our knife samples and turned them into something you can actually sear in a skillet.
