In this video, we take a closer look at the Varusteleka L4 Combat Pants and L4 Combat Shirt.
The L4 Combat Pants are designed for demanding field use where mobility, durability, and adjustability actually matter. The mechanically stretchable fabric allows unrestricted movement, and the fit can be adjusted extensively to match your body and preferred setup. Waist, leg length, knee height, cuffs, and calves can all be fine-tuned for a secure and comfortable fit.
The pants feature a mid-high waist with a slightly raised back, a zipper fly with button closure, articulated reinforced knees with pad pockets, reinforcements at the ankles and instep, and a diamond gusset crotch for improved mobility. The internal waistband adjustment system is fully removable, and the pants also include suspender loops and sturdy 50 mm belt loops with additional attachment points for accessories.
Storage space is distributed across eight pockets. The pleated cargo pockets remain flat when empty but expand when extra space is needed, while the smaller thigh and calf pockets are ideal for items that need to stay easily accessible.
We also go through the Varusteleka L4 Combat Shirt, a lightweight and breathable combat shirt designed specifically for use under body armor and load-bearing equipment. The Coolmax FreshFX torso material helps with breathability and moisture management, while the sleeves provide durability where it’s needed.
Other features include a zippered turtleneck collar, raglan sleeves for mobility, articulated Cordura elbow reinforcements with pad pockets, adjustable cuffs, bicep pockets, and loop panels for patches and name tags.
