Comparing Demko, Cold Steel, Benchmade. Media

Published: 2 years ago

I've never been a huge folding knife fan. I always broke them and found them to be inferior to fixed Blades. However many of you are asking that I make a folder, in the battle tough T.Kell way. I honestly am learning about them as we go to see what's out there, learning about locks and seeing what's trending in the industry. In my quest to make the best folder in the world, I'm testing out different popular blades you suggested to see what I like and don't like.
I tested out three of the most popular folders and locks to see where they come up short and where they excel so I can make something you guys will love. Although there were many things I didn't like, I tried to focus on the positives. As a maker, I want to support other makers by refraining from too much criticism.

All knives will be randomly given away one of my patreon members once a month for the next three months. Please support me on this journey!

This video, I give you my thoughts on:

Cold Steel AD-10 with S35VN steel

Demko Shark-Lock 20.5 with CPM-3V steel

Benchmade Bailout with CPM-3V steel

Which is your favorite knife/lock? Give me your thoughts.
