Why I Designed SCORER: A Compact Fixed Blade Built for Precision Media
Published: 2 hours ago
Why did I design SCORER, and what makes it different from other compact fixed blades?
In this video, I take you through the ideas behind SCORER: its precision-focused reverse tanto blade, CPM MagnaCut steel, ergonomic handle, and the Smart Mag Sheath magnetic pocket carry system.
SCORER was created for scoring, slicing, detail work, and all the cutting tasks we face in everyday life. Compact enough for comfortable pocket carry, but capable enough to become a reliable daily companion.
SCORER specifications:
• CPM MagnaCut blade steel
• 62–64 HRC hardness
• 71 mm / 2.80" blade
• 154 mm / 6.06" overall length
• Reverse tanto blade geometry
• Micarta or carbon fiber handle
• Smart Mag Sheath with two pocket carry positions
