This is the Schrade SCHA6LBR Assisted Opening Knife.
Razor sharp and ready for action, the SCHA6LBR's large, 3.7 inch drop point blade is well suited for any utility cutting, slicing and piercing task.
Slide the safety lock to the open position revealing the red dot... easily deploy the brawny, AUS-8 high carbon stainless steel blade using the finger actuator on the spine side of the handle... Or use the ambidextrous thumb plate to call the knife into action.
An extra thick liner lock secures the blade in the open position.
The AUS-8 blade holds its keen edge and sports an attractive, black coating for stealth and added corrosion resistance.
Store the blade by pushing the liner lock to the side with one hand and carefully close the blade into the handle with the other.
A thumb plate on the top surface of the blade provides increased stability when applying additional downward force.
The blade is housed inside a solid brown aluminum handle with raised black, TPE side grips... the combination of the curved, ergonomic handle bottom, with front and rear guards, keeps the knife firmly in your hand...
A rugged steel clip secures the knife in your pocket, positioned for immediate use...while a lanyard hole can be utilized to provide extra security.
The pointed steel pommel makes the SCHA6LBR a capable emergency glass breaking tool.
