This is the Schrade SCHF17 Tactical, Survival Knife...
Fit for extreme situations, wielding the SCHF17 puts a rugged, fixed blade, tanto point knife in your hand. Forged from ¼" thick, hardened, titanium coated 8Cr13MoV high carbon stainless steel, this black clad knife boasts an extremely strong drop point with nearly 6 inches of razor sharp, fine edge cutting power.
Designed to support both survival and tactical situations, the powder coated, blood grooved blade, has the mass and strength to effectively pierce... slice... and chop a variety of materials—under all sorts of conditions—while keeping your position secure with its non-reflective finish.
Two steel bolts secure textured, durable, 5 ½" TPE handle slabs to the full-length tang. Front and rear quillons keep the knife properly aligned in your hand. The finger notched choil and aggressive jimping aid in control—especially useful for maneuvering the point of the knife for more exacting applications.
The SCHF17 rests at the ready in a form-fitted, friction assisted, low profile Kydex thermoplastic sheath designed for flexible, multiple carry options. Lash to gear using the four, reinforced grommet holes... or remove the belt carry loop and slide the knife into a pocket or pouch.
