Hefty and durable, the SCHF12 is the perfect pick for survival and tactical applications as well as for outdoor enthusiasts. With 4.9 inches of 8Cr13MoV high carbon stainless steel, the tanto blade is tough and dependable—a useful knife for multiple purposes.
The blade snaps into the form-fitted Kydex sheath belt sheath. Reposition the rear thermoplastic belt loop for side or upside down carry.
Remove the belt carry loop to easily slip the knife and sheath package into a pouch or pack or to lash the SCHF12 to gear using the four reinforced grommet holes.
The re-curve blade design offers additional cutting leverage for bushcraft tasks like notching, skinning, carving and feathering. The thick, fixed blade is perfect for splitting small logs and the tough tip makes piercing and drilling a snap.
A A stone wash finish adds a rugged, vintage look while making the blade non-reflective...essential for tactical and military situations.
The full tang blade ends in a lanyard hole cutout...with the exposed tang making the SCHF12 a handy crushing and pounding tool.
Finely textured G-10 handle overlay slabs feature three finger notches and an index finger cutout affording you a firm grip even under extreme conditions.
