Cloaked in black stealth, the SCHF26 is a full-tang, battle ready knife. With its drop point, 5.4 inch blade forged from 8Cr13MoV high carbon stainless steel, this knife is fully capable of taking on the wide range of challenges found in extreme survival and covert operations.
The knife's thick, quarter-inch steel comes honed to razor sharpness straight out of the box. The strong tip penetrates a variety of materials and the contoured fine edge cuts... slices... and chops with ease.
Deep, plentiful jimping on the spine side of the blade is carried along the tang as it passes through the handle... and is continued on the underside, providing a choice of grip positions to assure effective control of the SCHF26 under a variety of conditions. Black, ergonomic, ring textured TPE overlay handle slabs greet the natural contours of your hand and are secured by twin steel bolts.
The full tang protrudes from the base of the handle to extend the knife's capabilities for crushing and pounding. A lanyard hole accepts cordage so you can tether the knife to your wrist.
Store the SCHF26 in its ballistic nylon sheath with belt loop and storage pouch. The knife is held fast with a Velcro closure. Secure the knife to your thigh with cordage passed through twin grommet holes.
