You're looking at the Uncle Henry 169UH Folding Fillet knife.
Loved by fishermen for its beauty and performance, this take-it-along-with-you fillet knife, with its 5 ½" razor sharp fine edge blade, is ready to go the moment you land the big one!
The 7Cr17 high carbon stainless steel blade is corrosion resistant, holds a keen edge, and opens easily... once open It's held safely in place by a sturdy lockback mechanism.
The long, handsome staglon handle incorporates well placed finger indentations and is designed with a lengthy contour at the handle's base, affording you a choice of grip positions.
To close the knife simply push down on the lockback lever and carefully fold the blade into the handle...it will then be stored protected between stainless steel blade liners.
The 169UH easily tags along in an all-weather, black nylon sheath that slips over your belt, and which proudly displays the Uncle Henry logo in gold thread on the upper flap. The Velcro closure makes it easy to slide the knife out with one hand.
