This micarta handled beauty offers 12 plus inches of full tang power, ready to take on the rigors of surviving in the wild. Quarter inch, black powder coated 8Cr13MoV Stainless Steel forms the hefty, Schrade sharp drop point blade.
The corrosion resistant blade’s strong tip pierces a variety of materials. Cut, slice and chop with the 7 inch length of fine edge. When greater blade con-trol is desired, slide your hand forward to take advantage of the finger choil.
Baton with confidence—the fixed blade full tang design offers rugged cut-ting power. And the 90 degree knife spine doubles as a striker against a ferro rod.
The handsome, uniquely patterned picked micarta handle is securely fas-tened to the tang by way of two steel bolts. Cutouts in the contoured handle expose spine and grip jimping as the tang passes through, extending past the handle to form a crushing tool with a lanyard hole for tethering the SCHF37M to your wrist.
The black nylon sheath’s velcro loop makes it a cinch to attach without re-moving your belt. Lash the sheath to your leg… or to gear. The sheath pouch comes generously packed with a ferro rod, striker, and sharpening stone.
