Designed to tackle the toughest of both indoor and outdoor shearing tasks, the Old Timer 602OT Take-A-Part Shear weighs just over 3 ounces. The 602OT features two razor-sharp, fine-edged, 3 ¼ inch stainless steel blades that work in unison to make short work of any cutting task. Whether you’re slicing through paper at the office or working with leather by the campfire, the 602OT performs admirably with both precision and power.
To deploy the 602OT, simply align the two blades, connecting them at the pivot point before closing the shear to lock the blades together. Soft rubber inlays line the interior of the durable hard nylon handles which provide the best of both comfort and performance even in the most adverse weather conditions.
The 602OT is capable of tackling a variety of camp chores from trimming fat from wild game to snipping the stems of foraged wild edible plants. The bottom blade of the 602OT features a conveniently placed bottle opener.
Open the shear beyond the pivot point to quickly disassemble the 602OT for sharpening or cleaning.
The 602OT arrives seriously sharp in a durable black woven fabric sheath and can be carried either on the belt or simply tossed in a pack when not in use.
