VENA marks the latest convergence of RSK’s structural engineering expertise and Poltergeistworks’ design philosophy. In this project, we continue our pursuit of minimalism and weight reduction by forming the integral handle from lightweight G10 composite—and, for the first time, executing this construction within a Crossbar Lock platform. The result is a refined balance of strength and mass, paired with smooth, fully ambidextrous operation. VENA’s tapered, one-piece handle is precision-engineered and rigorously tested to provide a confident, full-handed grip with consistent, controlled handling.
The blade reflects the same design intent, prioritizing efficiency without compromise. Crafted from Nitro-V steel, it measures 86.2 mm in length with a 2.9 mm thickness. A high flat grind and pronounced swedge reduce material while enhancing cutting performance, while the elongated opening hole further minimizes weight and enables fast, intuitive one-handed deployment.
With a fully symmetrical layout and a reversible pocket clip, VENA supports multiple grip styles and carry preferences—designed as a versatile everyday tool that adapts naturally to any hand and any environment.
