Poltergeist Works PHASMA Delta Prototype Media
Published: 4 years ago
Here is my newest creation and addition to the DELTA line - PHASMA. Don’t let the simple lines deceive you, there is alot more to this design than meets the eye. The 3.4” RWL34 blade is slimmer than my usual blades at .135” thickness. It’s also triple finished - blasted, satined flats and stonewashed at the end giving a very unique look. The thumbstud is titanium precision press fit into the blade rather than screwed in for a super clean look (and contrast with the satin flats). Both frame and scale are weight relieved and with a pillar backspacer the knife weighs just 110g. On top of that the knife is using my custom narrow double row bearing cages and ceramic bearings (pic in my next post). This combined with the placement of the thumstud this makes it a Thumb-Flipper ;) pocket clip is milled and carved out of a solid titanium billet and has a hidden positioning pin. Bolts have satin chamfers on both sides. Hope you guys like this one! As usual - it’s hand made from scratch, marked PROTO on the inside.
