Chocolatier installé à Chambéry depuis 2003, Cédric Pernot prend plaisir à "faire cohabiter tradition et modernité" dans l'ensemble de ses créations.
Il y a quelques temps, lors des fêtes de fin d’année, Cédric Pernot a réalisé un gâteau avec le logo Opinel. Chaque client qui achetait ce gâteau avait droit à un couteau Opinel noir, ciglé du logo de son entreprise en cadeau.
C’est à ce moment-là qu'il a eu l’idée et l’envie de créer une spécialité qui reprendrait l’esthétique du couteau Opinel, auquel les gens sont tellement attachés. C'est comme ça que sont nés les délicieux Opinel en chocolat.

A chocolatier based in Chambéry since 2003, Cédric Pernot takes pleasure in “bringing tradition and modernity together” in all of his creations.
Some time ago, during the end-of-year celebrations, Cédric Pernot made a cake featuring the Opinel logo. Every customer who purchased this cake received a black Opinel knife, engraved with the company’s logo, as a gift.
It was at that moment that he had the idea and desire to create a specialty inspired by the aesthetic of the Opinel knife, to which people are so deeply attached. That’s how the delicious chocolate Opinels were born.
