How to Open and Close the Ocaso Regis
The Regis uses Andrew Demko's patented Shark-Lock, adapted with a lower-profile fin to suit the knife's slim silhouette. Because the fin sits lower than other Demko Shark-Lock knives, the closing motion is slightly different, so we walk through it step by step here.
To open: Use the thumb stud to flick the blade open. The spring-driven lock arm snaps up into the blade tang for solid, consistent lockup.
To close: Pull back and upward on the fin to release the lock, then guide the blade closed.
