Mora 2000 (S) Black Edition – Built for the Outdoors, Refined in Black Media
Published: 2 weeks ago
Based on one of Morakniv’s most iconic wilderness knives, first introduced in 1991, the Mora 2000 (S) Black Edition combines the familiar profile-ground blade and ergonomic handle with updated features for outdoor, hunting, and fishing use. The black DLC-coated blade reduces glare in the field, while Swedish 14C28N stainless steel at 58 HRC and a sharpened 90-degree spine add durability and reliable fire-starting capability.
Key features:
- Black DLC-coated blade – matte, non-reflective surface with increased wear resistance
- Swedish 14C28N stainless steel – hardened to 58 HRC for long-lasting sharpness
- Profile-ground blade – cuts through meat and hide with minimal friction
- 90-degree spine – compatible with ferro rods for reliable fire starting
- Ergonomic handle with friction grip – secure handling in wet and cold conditions
- Blade length 108 mm, thickness 2.5 mm
- 100% made in Mora, Sweden
The Mora 2000 (S) Black Edition is available in two versions: a fully black version, and one with a green handle.
