Beat Your Knives to Test them Media

Published: 2 days ago

We don't test knives in a lab. We make them, carry them, and beat the crap out of them. They sure don't get an easy life.

That's the point. You don't learn how a knife holds up from a test bench in the shop. You learn it by carrying it every day and using it for whatever comes up. The dirty stuff, the nasty stuff, the cuts that make other knives flinch.

Are we using them as pry bars? No, and please don't be THAT guy. But a McNees is built for real work, not a display case. If it can't take what we put it through, it doesn't leave the shop.

Made to be used. Hard.
