Part 1.....The Basics
SIDE NOTE
One has to take into account that the 30 to 40 minute DSW is done after weight training.
We are on a 3 days on...1 day rest...3 days on.
This regimen includes a very stricted and properly nutritive OMAD with vitamin supplements.

ARM AND BODY MOVEMENT ON VIDEO
Notice that my arm movemnets will swtich from wide to tight (close to the body)
Target is 30 to 40 minutes.
Switching from single stick to double stick, when necessary.
Also focusing on what you are sticking with the end of the sticks.
