Cnc maching strut brace endlinks Media

This video shows how I used my CNC lathe to create one part of my custom BIG strut braces for volvo 240's.
Machining nerds, it's a Grizzly G0602 lathe converted to CNC with 425oz motors (only at 24v), HobbyCNC board (great!), Mach3 (of course!), and a fancy "just for aluminum" 35° insert that works incredibly well. 10ipm rough cuts at 0.020" cut, 3ipm finish pass at 0.008" cut. I LOVE CNC!!!!!
Next up, converting my Grizzly mini mill to CNC. All the parts have been purchased, just need the time!
